This Privacy Policy explains how Vexa AI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Vexa AI mobile application (the "App"), an AI image and video generation app.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account information
When you sign in, we collect information from your chosen sign-in method:
- Google Sign-In: your name, email address, and profile photo, as provided by Google.
- Sign in with Apple: your name and email address (or Apple's private relay email), as provided by Apple.
- Guest mode: an anonymous, randomly generated device identifier with no personal information attached.
Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google LLC).
1.2 Content you provide
When you generate an image or video, we process the text prompts you write and any photos or videos you upload as generation input. If you use a template from the Explore feed, we also record which template you used. Because many uploaded photos and videos contain a human face, see Section 2 below for exactly how that content is handled.
1.3 Generated content
We store a record of each generation job (prompt, settings, status, and a link to the resulting image or video) so it can appear in your in-app Gallery.
1.4 Purchase information
Coin pack purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit / the App Store. We receive a transaction identifier and purchase status from Apple's App Store Server API to credit your account with coins — we do not receive or store your payment card details, which are handled solely by Apple.
1.5 Device and usage information
We collect a push notification token (to notify you when a generation finishes) and basic technical data needed to operate the App (such as request timestamps and error logs).
2. Photos, Videos & Faces You Upload
Because Vexa AI generates images and videos from photos and videos you provide, and many of those may contain a human face — yours or someone else's — this section explains specifically how that content is handled.
What we do not do. Vexa AI does not use Apple's ARKit, the TrueDepth camera, or any face-detection, face-tracking, face-mapping, or face-recognition technology of our own. We do not create, derive, extract, or store faceprints, facial geometry, or any other biometric template. We do not use facial features to identify, authenticate, verify, or track any individual, and we do not build or maintain a face database. We never use faces in your photos or videos for advertising, marketing, profiling, or ad targeting, and we never sell, rent, or license them.
What we actually process. When you select a photo or video, that file is uploaded to our storage and transmitted to kie.ai, our third-party AI generation provider, solely to render the image or video you requested. If a face is present, it is used only to produce your generated output — it is never separated from the file, analyzed as biometric data on our systems, or used for any other purpose.
Where it's stored and for how long. Uploaded photos and videos are stored temporarily on Cloudflare R2 and are automatically deleted from our storage once your generation job completes or is refunded — in practice this is typically within minutes, and no later than about an hour even for a job that gets stuck, since stuck jobs are automatically refunded and cleaned up on a 15-minute schedule. During generation, files are transmitted over encrypted connections to kie.ai; how long kie.ai itself retains that media afterward is governed by kie.ai's own retention practices, which are outside our control.
Who it's shared with. Photos and videos you upload are shared only with kie.ai (to generate your output) and Cloudflare (to store them temporarily) — never with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.
Training. We do not use your uploaded photos, videos, or any faces within them, or your generated content, to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model of our own.
Reference media and consent. If you upload a photo or video that includes a recognizable person other than yourself, you represent that you have the right to use that media and, where required, that person's consent to have it processed by kie.ai to generate your requested output. Please don't upload media you don't own or don't have permission to use.
3. How We Use Information
- To create and maintain your account and coin balance
- To submit your generation requests to our AI processing provider and return results to you
- To send push notifications about the status of your generations
- To process coin pack purchases and apply refunds/chargebacks when reported by Apple
- To maintain your Gallery and Explore template history
- To detect abuse, enforce our Terms & Conditions, and keep the service secure
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with the following service providers, solely to operate the App:

Prompts and any photos/videos you submit for generation are sent to kie.ai, our third-party AI processing provider, solely to produce your requested output. Before you generate anything, the App shows you an in-app disclosure explaining that your prompts, photos, and videos will be sent to kie.ai for this purpose, and asks for your explicit agreement — generation does not start until you agree. You can review or re-confirm this at any time from the App's side menu under "Privacy & AI Data." Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information in prompts or uploaded media.
Every third party listed above with whom we share your information, including kie.ai, is contractually required to protect it to the same or an equivalent standard as described in this Privacy Policy. Each is permitted to use your information only to provide the specific service described here on our instructions — never to train their own general-purpose models, for advertising, or for any other unrelated purpose — and we review each provider's data protection terms before integrating with them.
5. Data Retention
- Uploaded input photos and videos are automatically deleted from our storage once your generation job completes or is refunded — typically within minutes, and no later than about an hour even if a job gets stuck. See Section 2 above for details.
- Generated output (images/videos) is hosted by our AI processing provider; availability follows that provider's own retention window, which may be limited.
- Account, coin balance, and generation job records are retained for as long as your account is active.
- If you delete your account, we delete your account and generation records within a reasonable time, except where retention is required for fraud prevention, tax, or legal purposes.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can delete your account directly from the App's menu, or contact us at skyinfosolution45@gmail.com to make a request.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on our databases. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. International Data Transfers
Our service providers may process and store data in countries other than your own, including the United States, subject to their own safeguards and certifications.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
